Uprooted from metropolitan France when his parents relocated in New Caledonia, Jimmy returned to his home land as an adult with a view to get a sense of what his family background was. Having grown up with all family ties severed, he is left with a creative option: testing cheese produced in the different regions which register on the multiple branches of his family tree.
